- Building and supporting client hardware and software.
- Responding to tickets.
- Maintaining office technology.
- Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level.
- Backend office MS Office Support.
- MS Intune.
- Active Directory.
- Remote management.
- Incident Request Management.
Top Must have Skills:
- 3 years of enterprise experience (2nd level support) focus on customer service.
- Experience with Remote software tools Lifecycle management.
- Front facing customer service.
- Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Intune Ticketing Systems MS Office Suite.
