Job Title : Desktop Support Analyst

Location : Dallas TX 75201 (Candidate will likely work out of Richardson as well).
Duration : 6 Months Contract (Potential for extension)

Pay Rate : $33/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Resources typical working day:

  • Desktop support helping a wide range of end users.
  • Building and supporting client hardware and software.
  • Responding to tickets.
  • Maintaining office technology.
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level.
  • Backend office MS Office Support.
  • MS Intune.
  • Active Directory.
  • Remote management.
  • Incident Request Management.

Top Must have Skills:

  • 3 years of enterprise experience (2nd level support) focus on customer service.
  • Experience with Remote software tools Lifecycle management.
  • Front facing customer service.
  • Systems/Software proficiencies: MS Intune Ticketing Systems MS Office Suite.

Interview Process 2 rounds: (All Virtual)

  • 1st round - Technical/skills evaluation.
  • 2nd round - both virtual (Teams).
