- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of client meetings including scheduling and logistics.
- Manage client documentation ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on any outstanding items.
- Respond promptly to client emails and phone calls addressing queries or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate client records in our database updating information as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage with clients professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and experience with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
