You will assist the CRM / Database Project Manager in delivering multichannel CRM campaigns. You will act as the main point of contact with our partner in charge of our targeting tool Adobe Campaign in order to best translate marketing needs into targeting briefs. You will also be responsible for campaign reporting and will contribute to forecasting volumes and performance for the contact plan.
Your goal will be to maximize the relevance and performance of the animation plan through effective targeting and continuous optimization.
End-to-end management of multichannel campaigns:
Drafting briefs and monitoring the design process
Defining targets selecting communication channels (direct mail phone emails SMS)
Translating Marketing needs into targeting requirements for our Adobe Campaign (Softlab) users.
Campaign reporting responsibilities:
Weekly reporting (volumes sent email KPIs campaign performance)
Monthly updates on performance tracking.
Your ProfileYou are currently pursuing a Masters degree (Bac4 equivalent) with a specialization in Marketing and have a strong interest in marketing and customer targeting.
You are comfortable with Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel; knowledge of Adobe Campaign would be a real asset.
You demonstrate rigor attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
A good command of English is essential.
You have a strong interest in numbers and customer loyalty strategies.
You enjoy problem-solving and working with multiple stakeholders.
