Processing Lead, Vault (Night Shift)

Were looking for a Processing Lead to help guide and lead our PSA Vault overnight team in meeting all goals and expectations of the department. Youll report to Supervisor Vault Operations and work from our New Castle DE facility. The schedule for this position is Sunday-Wednesday 6p-4:30a.

What Youll Do

• Support & help oversee the day-to-day operations including managing workflow.

• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

• Motivate team members and set clear daily goals.

• Discover training needs and work with leadership on training team members.

• Ensure 100% quality at all times keeping the customer in mind at all times.

• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts/escalate when necessary.

• Recognize high performance and report back to leadership

• Suggest and organize team building activities

• Aid leadership team in creating an inspiring team environment

• Communicate with Customer service on order issues/damages/shortages
  

Who You Are

• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

• Good PC skills especially Google Docs

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Organizational and time-management skills

• Decision-making skills
  

Physical Requirements

• Long periods of sitting walking and/or standing

• Bending neck/waist twisting neck/waist squatting and regular hand use

• Regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds

• Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or more with employee help and/or proper equipment
  

Hourly Range: The hourly rate for this position is $26. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
