BI Developer
9 Months W2 Contract
Austin TX (Hybrid)
Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders within the cohort to identify key business challenges and opportunities for optimization.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to develop impactful solutions support strategic initiatives and guide decision-making.
- Design and build dynamic user-friendly data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends patterns and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity through robust validation and cleansing processes.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or a related field is required.
- Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and Azure KQL with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience in data modeling ETL development and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of data governance privacy regulations and industry best practices.
Pay Range:
$35.00 - $43.66/hour
