You will be part of the European Customer Fulfillment team and report to the Customer Fulfillment Lead Europe working closely with the Supply Chain Business Partner Iberia
Your role:
Daily monitoring of orders for local escalations within the zone.
Ensuring on-time and complete deliveries from order receipt through allocation to final delivery and potential returns. (Always in collaboration with GBS)
Supporting in performance management using defined KPIs/daily management as well as initiating corrective actions (problem solving)
Escalating to the Supply Chain Business Partner if necessary.
Resolving order processing issues in close collaboration with GBS Sales CPMs IWD (Transport Organization) and D2B Channel Manager
Supporting contactless ordering in collaboration with the D2B Channel Manager and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Discussing and resolving delivery issues with the S&OE Planners WE and escalating with the Supply Chain Business Partner
Being local contact for identifying and implementing supply chain and EDI improvements
Managing and if necessary (partially) leading improvement initiatives and projects (e.g. return process)
You should have the following:
A bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. business logistics and supply chain management)
At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management/logistics/project management
Project management skills (e.g. Lean Problem Solving Six Sigma etc.)
Strong communication skills with strong influence skills
A customer-focused mindset with a drive to solve problems
Accurate analytical and process-oriented working style that allows you to maintain a holistic view
Fluent Spanish and excellent written and spoken English skills
