Heres What Youll Do:
As a PCP youll provide outpatient primary care to patients as part of a high-quality team-based model. Whether your background is in Family Internal or Osteopathic Medicine youll bring your clinical skills to a supportive environment that allows you to focus on what matters most - your patients.
More Specifically Youll:
Deliver excellent evidence-based care in an outpatient setting
Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care
Contribute to a culture of collaboration between operations clinical and support teams
Heres What You Bring:
MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility for new grads)
Active AZ medical license or ability to obtain one
Experience in outpatient settings
Tech-savvy with EMR systems (Epic experience a plus not required)
Strong communicator with a compassionate approach
Practice Locations:
Phoenix 1300 N. 12th St.
Scottsdale 1355 N. Scottsdale Rd.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
