The expected annual salary range for this role is $125062.47 - $183424.96 a year.

Job Summary
The Supervisor Global Market Intelligence will lead market analysis efforts supporting strategic planning business development and competitive intelligence activities across the Aerospace Group. Reporting to the Global Market Intelligence Manager this role ensures timely accurate market segmentation forecasting and insights to inform executive data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading the development of the quarterly sales and orders report conducting market assessments to support new business capture and consolidating Eatons platform shipset content. The Supervisor will build robust analytical models to define Eatons addressable market and competitive landscape including quarterly publishing peer earnings and leading one in-depth competitive analysis annually. Additionally the Supervisor will drive process improvements implement new tools in collaboration with strategic stakeholders and support the development of strategic presentations and rapid responses to executive inquiries.
Job Responsibilities
Provide in-depth understanding of commercial and military OEM and aftermarket segments and impact / opportunities for Eaton; lead development of CEO / CFO quarterly sales and orders report
Conduct thorough market assessments in support of new business capture activities & lead consolidation and verification of Eaton platform shipset content
Lead development of robust analytical models for Eatons addressable market and competitive landscape; lead development of one competitive deep dive annually
Support the aerospace groups strategic planning process from development to approval while leading the development of one of the sections
Manage sales development program participants in their market intelligence rotation including setting research priorities mentoring their development and guiding methods and outputs
Assist in preparation of business cases and strategic rationales as required in support of the development and execution of Eatons acquisition pipeline
Build and manage market analytics tools and dashboards to deliver timely actionable intelligence to strategic planning business development and other stakeholders across the Aerospace Group
Develop and refine tools and processes to improve market intelligence delivery; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making
Coordinate completion of executive presentations in collaboration with Aerospace Senior Leadership Team; act as a strategic partner to the Manager supporting cross-functional initiatives
Support data analytics team on key strategic projects
* This Hybrid role must report on-site 3 days a week.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors of Business Marketing or Engineering degree from accredited institution.
5 years experience in strategic planning business development finance and market/ business analysis supporting a large corporate manufacturing/ production company.
5 years leading market analysis efforts supporting strategic planning business development and competitive intelligence activities across business units.

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced technical degree.
2 years experience leading or managing people/teams.
Detailed knowledge/experience within Aerospace sector aftermarket product

Strong knowledge of aerospace and defense markets required
Knowledge user of Excel and PowerPoint required; PowerBI Python or other data analytics/visualization tools preferred
