You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for developing and managing cross functional technology led or product focused programs. Manages budgets and interfaces with contractors suppliers customers and internal functions. Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration. Manages schedule budget and tollgate process for NPI requisition or sustaining programs. Influences the programs to meet customer CTQs.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Leads projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
5 or more years relevant engineering work experience in a medical device or hardware organization in a product development or installed based support role or equivalent.
Understanding of engineering product development processes for medical devices and hardware product development.
Ability to meet aggressive reliability performance cost serviceability and delivery targets.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document plan market and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Masters degree in engineering or related discipline from an accredited university or college
5 or more years of experience in project management leading a cross functional team.
Global project management experience.
Experience with deploying Agile framework for project management
Established project management skills and certified Program Management Professional (PMP)
Knowledge of UL/ETL/IEC standards and how they apply to designs.
Working knowledge of GEHC tools and processes.
Understanding of engineering product development processes for medical devices.
