Primarily operate test stations and concurrently support operations and technical teams with test related task execution.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Production Test Associate is a production role focused on operating test stations at Creation Technologies. The primary responsibilities include performing tests on electronic products ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards. This role is essential for maintaining the production workflow and supporting the overall operations team and technical teams as required.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Operations Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Operate and monitor test stations to perform functional tests on electronic products. Test stations may include In-Circuit Testing (ICT) Flying probe (FTP) and automated X-ray inspection (AXI) systems etc.
• Ensure products meet specified standards and quality requirements before forwarding to next production steps.
• Assist in the setup and monitoring of test equipment as needed.
• Identify and report any issues or discrepancies during the testing process.
• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain an efficient production flow. Maintain accurate records of test results and any issues encountered.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and product quality.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Required Experience

• High School Degree GED or military training experience. With a focus on vocational skills preferred.
• US Citizen or lawful permanent resident or a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act capable of obtaining a secret-level clearance.
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or testing is preferred but not required. Skills Required
• Basic understanding of electronic testing procedures and equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail including problem recording and reporting skills.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS Physical and/or Mental Demands While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to kneel sit and use hands to finger handle or feel office equipment objects tools or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities may be required by this job include close vision color vision and identification peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential and non-essential functions of this job. Working Conditions The working environment is generally clean; however this position may be exposed to occasional dust lubricants solvents metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection where required. Otherwise office/business casual attire consistent with site specific safety expectations is appropriate.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $18-$27 per -time employees are also eligible for performance based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience education location and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire schedule type and hours worked.
