Cook 1 InterContinental The Clement Monterey- PAY RANGE: $23.00 hourly
LOOKING: 1 Full-Time/ Non-Exempt
The Cook 1 is responsible for preparing cooking and executing food items for any one of the F&B outlets and banquet operations. The Cook 1 will also be responsible for producing hot and cold menu items to the highest standard set by the Executive Chef.
Additionally responsible for various cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains efficient.
SCHEDULE:Must be able to work flexible schedule weekends and holidays based on business demands.
WORK EXPERIENCE:2-3 Years of cooking experience
EDUCATION:High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged standing/walking for 8 hours.
Ability to walk around the hotel up and down stairs stoop kneel lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and push and pull approximately 200 lbs.
