As aBehavior Analyst youll play a key role in leading behavioral programming and ensuring high-quality clinical services. Youll work collaboratively with individuals served Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and interdisciplinary teams to develop implement and provide training on evidence-based behavior support plans.

As aBehavior Analyst youll play a key role in leading behavioral programming and ensuring high-quality clinical services. Youll work collaboratively with individuals served Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and interdisciplinary teams to develop implement and provide training on evidence-based behavior support plans.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing in-person and remote behavioral consultations
- Leading clinical and interdisciplinary review meetings
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations
- Overseeing behavior support plans and providing staff training and feedback
- Mentoring other BCBAs and specialized service coordinators
- Ensuring compliance with crisis management procedures
- Participating in program quality evaluations and clinical documentation
What Were Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification and license to practice in Kansas
- Prior experience supporting individuals with autism or I/DD
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication and data analysis skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility in assigned working hours and location
- Ability to travel locally to GoodLife homes and programs(locations in Douglas County and Johnson County)
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record
