Job Summary
Hilton Garden Inn is seeking an energetic and attentive Evening Server to provide exceptional dining service in our restaurant Blume and to assist with banquet events when scheduled. Working Saturday and Sunday evenings starting at 4:00 PM until close you will take orders serve meals and prepare bar drinks while ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxed and memorable experience. Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests promptly with professionalism and care
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve bar drinks according to recipes and guest requests
- Set up maintain and break down dining areas and service stations
- Assist with banquet service and special events as needed
- Process guest checks and handle payments accurately
- Maintain knowledge of daily menu items specials and bar offerings
- Ensure tables and service areas remain clean stocked and welcoming throughout the shift
- Work closely with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth meal and beverage service
- Handle guest requests or concerns with courtesy and efficiency
- Follow all Hilton brand standards safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Food & Beverage leadership
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred; bar service experience a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly dependable and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 4:00 PM to Midnight with flexibility for occasional banquet shifts
