The Role
Were on the hunt for a Service Advisor who can connect with all kinds of customersfrom weekend warriors to farm and ranch families. Youll be the go-to person in our service department making sure bikes sleds ATVs and UTVs get the care they need. If youve got a friendly personality solid organizational skills and a passion for both the ride and the rural lifestyle youll fit right in.
What Youll Do
Greet customers listen to their needs and get their service requests written up.
Schedule and track service jobs keeping things organized and on time.
Be the communicatorexplain whats needed how much itll cost and when itll be ready.
Work closely with our techs to make sure every job is done right the first time.
Recommend maintenance accessories or upgrades to keep machines reliable on the ranch and ready for adventure.
Handle customer questions or concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
Make sure every customer leaves confident their machine is ready for the trails road the snow or the ranch.
What Were Looking For
Service advisor or customer service experience (powersports automotive ag or marine a plus).
Strong communication and people skillsyoure approachable whether someones in riding gear or ranch boots.
Familiarity with powersports equipment ranch work vehicles or a willingness to learn fast.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Computer and dealership management system skills.
Valid drivers license; motorcycle endorsement and/or farm equipment experience is a bonus.
