What youll do:
- Based in New Iberia LA you will be responsible for providing operational assistance to Aggreko customers and internal staff regarding equipment performance
- Monitor maintain refueling schedules and respond urgently to incoming fuel alarms during rotating shifts between 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday.
- Utilize the Aggreko Remote Monitoring (ARM) system to remotely monitor fuel tanks and generators equipped accordingly
- Develop and maintain a fuel monitoring and response guide/process based on alarm data trends and feedback from field operations
- Participate in regular meetings with relevant departments to discuss ongoing trends
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements to promote safe work practices as well as providing technical support for field connectivity calls from local Technicians
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- A Minimum High School Diploma / associate degree / Vocational training
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in dispatching logistics or monitoring preferably in the fuel industry (fuel transportation or brokerage)
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to translate analytical data into useful information and advanced level use of Microsoft products
