Howdens Joinery are hiring for an experienced Learning and Development Projects Systems and Change Manager to work as part of our Learning and Development team. This is a new role and could be based in either our site in Howden East Riding of Yorkshire or our site in Raunds Northamptonshire. Reporting into the Director of Learning and Development youll embed our Learning and Development framework across our organisation framing scoping and analysing the learning requirements of transformational activities in response to all project change and systems training requirements.
In this Management role you will be accountable for Identifying solutions and gaining stakeholder buy-in to learning approaches maximising the performance of teams and delivering on agreed revenue targets and KPIs. Additionally you will lead a team who will be focused on delivering training when system upgrades or new systems are being implemented.
