Job Summary
Your mission
Our Switzerland-based team has one more spot open for you if this is your mission:
- You are part of the development team building AI-powered conversational voice solutions to improve and enhance our contact center software.
- You will work closely with product management translate concepts into scalable solutions and define release content
- You will design API interfaces and database models
- You will create test cases
- You work in a team of 8 software engineers
- Our tech stack: .NET 9 C# Core Azure Cloud Docker AI PostgreSQL React I LiveKit I Python
Your profile
Must-haves:
- Bachelors or Masterss degree
- Several years of experience with C# .NET/ .NET Core Framework MVC
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of web technologies like web servers and databases
- Solid understanding of GitHub source control
- Intermediate in API design and development
- Experience with Entity Framework Core
- Experience with voice applications LLMs Microsoft Azure PostgreSQL and Python
- Frontend development experience with React
- Knowledge of SIP/RTP protocol
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
- Queuing and caching strategies
- Microservice design and development
