Job Overview
Fuller Ford is one of the largest and most reputable Service Departments in the area! We have been around since 1965 and are hiring for a Warranty Administrator. We are seeking someone that is detail-oriented organized and has great follow-through to be a part of our Service Team. The Warranty Administrator maintains daily warranty reconciliation while continually correcting and appealing of claims that have issues that are under review.
Responsibilities
- Review and process warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Analyze warranty documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with service departments to gather necessary information for claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims including documentation and correspondence.
- Provide support during audits related to warranty processes and documentation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge warranty policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive warranty or service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and warranty management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
