Job Summary
Scopely is looking for an Associate Producer - Team Operations to join an Unannounced Title working with External Development in Culver City on a hybrid basis.

We are in the early stages of development on an ambitious unannounced AAA mobile game and were assembling a team of passionate game makers to craft unforgettable characters and immersive adventures that players will love.
What You Will Do
- Provide day-to-day operational support to project leadership including scheduling meeting coordination and follow-up tracking.
- Serve as a point of contact for team logistics (onboarding tools access communication channels and documentation).
- Support event planning such as off-sites team-building activities and milestone celebrations.
- Partner with leadership on studio communications presentation prep and executive updates.
- Anticipate operational gaps and proactively propose solutions to improve team efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience in production operations or executive/project assistant roles ideally in games or entertainment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace Confluence JIRA Slack).
- A collaborative proactive approach and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Genuine passion for games and helping teams succeed.
Bonus Points
- Fluency in Mandarin in addition to English.
- Experience supporting game development teams or creative production pipelines.
- Background in vendor management contract processing or budget coordination.
- Prior work in a fast-paced startup or AAA studio environment.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
