We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent & Inclusion Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Manila Six/NEO. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 10 days a month in the office.

The HRSS Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting talent development initiatives. You will be a part of our Regional Training function that serves as the operations team for the Corporate Information Solutions (CIS) department specializing in Workday Learning and providing support to Workday Learning administrators globally. You will also manage the end-to-end process for the professional qualifications body in the UK called Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).


We will count on you to:

  • Workday Learning Queries:Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Learning-related inquiries providing timely and accurate information to learners and administrators.

  • Workday Learning Administrator Security Access:Responsible for processing Workday Learning Administrator access requests and monitor their training progress to ensure they are ready to create courses and programs in the live production environment.

  • Degreed Professional Rights: Manages and documents all requests for Degreed Learning Professional Rights and forwards them to the T&I COE department for approval.

  • Workday Learning Reports: Provide learning reports to colleagues and managers.

  • Mass Enrollments:Handles all active and historical bulk enrollment requests through the EIB method.

  • Course / Program Review & Approval: Responsible for reviewing all courses submitted in live Workday and MMC8 (testing environment) to ensure they meet the established standards.

  • Chartered Insurance Institute (CII): Manages the end-to-end process for CII including course enrollments new memberships membership renewals prior learning credits etc. Also responsible for validating invoices and receipting them in iProcurement.

What you need to have:

  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate Excel skills to efficiently manage and analyze large volumes of files and data.

  • Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively serve as the point of contact for learners and Workday Learning Administrators.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent support to learners administrators and stakeholders.

  • Workday Learning Proficiency: Familiarity with the Workday platform or similar learning management systems. Experience with automated enrollment methods such as EIB.
