What Youll Do

Burwood is currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead the Firmwide Tools Evaluation for one of our key clients in the accounting industry. This engagement will determine the future direction of three enterprise-wide platforms project management software support desk solutions and client portal/document management with decisions targeted by Q1 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate firmwide tool evaluation and decision-making processes.
• Drive structured stakeholder engagement across business units to ensure adoption and alignment.
• Support contract negotiation vendor evaluation and future-proofing considerations (e.g. AI enablement scalability long-term usability).
• Collaborate with client leadership to document path forward decisions and manage exceptions for business-specific cases.
• Provide structured recommendations to client executives ensuring transparency rigor and objectivity.
• Ensure program-level governance and communication for all stakeholders from executives to end users.

Qualifications :

Who You Are

• 8 years of project/program management experience ideally in professional services or accounting-related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise tool evaluations and firmwide decision processes.
• Strong experience with vendor selection RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Skilled in engaging executive-level stakeholders and facilitating alignment across complex organizations.
• Familiarity with AI cloud and future-proofing considerations in enterprise technology selection.
• Comfortable delivering under fixed-fee models with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to package findings into executive-ready outputs.
