Job Summary
Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in his/her final years of university for a four-month internship in the Corporate department of the Milan office from October 2025.
Linklaters is a Global Law Firm that primarily works in the main sectors of business law. Clients benefit from our comprehensive experience across all corporate disciplines including: M&A joint ventures growth by alternatives to M&A corporate advisory regulatory compliance.
Our corporate practice is supported by global teams of market-leading tax real estate employment and incentives pensions anti-trust/competition regulatory and litigation experts as well as teams offering the full range of finance support including all aspects of banking capital markets and restructuring transactions.
A very good knowledge of English both spoken and written is essential together with excellent interpersonal organisational and planning skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- research
- supporting due diligence processes and data room entry
- assisting in the preparation of memos and document review
