The Role
As a Key Account Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving client success. Youll build lasting relationships uncover opportunities for growth and support customers throughout their IT transformation journey. This is a people-focused role where collaboration and value creation are at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Identify and develop opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor providing tailored solutions and strategic insights
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve collective goals
About You
- Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development within IT/MSP
- A consultative solution-driven approach with strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers
- Driven curious and committed to continuous learning and growth
