Aztrum is thrilled to partner with a well-established architectural practice in Cardiff as they expand their team to take on exciting new projects across Residential Commercial Education and Healthcare sectors.
We are seeking a talented Architect Project Runner to bring creativity expertise and strong project leadership to the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect:
- Lead the design and development of innovative architectural projects balancing client needs aesthetics and functionality.
- Manage projects from initial concept through to completion including site visits budget oversight and timeline management.
- Collaborate closely with designers engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Present design concepts incorporate client feedback and ensure projects align with client vision.
- Utilize advanced design tools particularly Revit to produce detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
- Integrate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices into all projects.
Qualifications & Experience for this Project Architect role:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Architect.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction processes.
