Aztrum is thrilled to partner with a well-established architectural practice in Cardiff as they expand their team to take on exciting new projects across Residential Commercial Education and Healthcare sectors.

We are seeking a talented Architect Project Runner to bring creativity expertise and strong project leadership to the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Architect:

Lead the design and development of innovative architectural projects balancing client needs aesthetics and functionality.
Manage projects from initial concept through to completion including site visits budget oversight and timeline management.
Collaborate closely with designers engineers and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Present design concepts incorporate client feedback and ensure projects align with client vision.
Utilize advanced design tools particularly Revit to produce detailed 3D models and architectural drawings.
Integrate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices into all projects.

Qualifications & Experience for this Project Architect role:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
Licensed Architect.
Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction processes.
