Job Title: Social Worker - Neighbourhood Team
Location: Bolton (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: 30 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a Locum AdultSocial Worker to join its clients Neighbourhood Team based in Bolton.

What will your responsibilities be

In this role you will:

Conducting Assessments and Care Planning: Carry out strength-based assessments of adults in the community to determine care needs risks and eligibility for support under the Care Act 2014.
Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults: Respond to safeguarding concerns investigate allegations of abuse or neglect and coordinate protection plans in line with statutory guidance.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with health professionals housing teams voluntary organisations and other stakeholders to deliver integrated support and improve outcomes.
Promoting Independence and Wellbeing: Support individuals to access services manage risks and maintain independenceoften through direct work advocacy and enabling access to community resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
