Were on the lookout for a Service Desk Coordinator to lead and support our Service Desk team. This role is all about driving high-quality service delivery resolving IT issues quickly and effectively and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time role located in our national support office in Bundall - 8.30 till 4.30 or 9 till 5.

What youll be doing:
- Leading mentoring and supporting the Service Desk team
- Managing ticket queues assigning priorities and meeting SLAs
- Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and connectivity problems
- Providing remote and on-site support across our offices and care homes
- Maintaining and improving knowledge bases and support documentation
- Monitoring user feedback and driving service quality improvements
- Promoting IT security awareness and educating users on best practices
- Working cross-functionally with the IT team on projects and enhancements
What were looking for:
- Proven experience in IT service desk operations or coordination
- Previous experience with service desk systems
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across systems software and networks
- Excellent communication skills able to translate tech speak into plain English
- Calm professional and customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and lead a small team
- IT qualifications or certifications (ITIL CompTIA A MCP) are desirable
- Already have or the ability to apply for a NDIS workers clearance
- MUST have a current valid drivers licence and car
