Job summary

We are looking for a Manager Salesforce Administration & Development to lead our Salesforce team and serve as the strategic owner of our Salesforce platform and related GTM applications. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration: you will partner with business stakeholders ask the right questions and make prioritization decisions that ensure Salesforce and our connected systems enable growth scalability and operational excellence.

You will manage a team of developers and administrators collaborate across Operations Analytics Marketing Sales Customer Support and Finance and set the roadmap for Salesforce as the hub of our GTM stack. A background in consulting or similar stakeholder-facing roles is highly valued.

What you will do

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead mentor and grow a team of Salesforce admins and developers (6 direct reports: developers senior admins and junior admins).
  • Define and own the Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales Marketing Customer Support and Finance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable strategic solutions.
  • Drive prioritization and decision-making around projects balancing business needs and technical capacity.
  • Champion best practices governance and documentation standards for Salesforce and related GTM systems.

Systems Ownership

  • Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce (SFDC) and its integrations with tools such as Eloqua LeanData and other SaaS GTM applications.
  • Oversee the administration development and customization of Salesforce to optimize workflows reporting and business processes.
  • Ensure data quality security and compliance across the platform.
  • Manage Jira for ticket intake and prioritization and Confluence for process and project documentation.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Operations and Analytics teams to align systems and data strategy with business goals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical team members and business leaders ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops Sales Ops and Customer Success to deliver tools and processes that drive revenue and efficiency.
  • Engage with Finance stakeholders to support forecasting billing and financial workflows tied to Salesforce.

What you will have

  • 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration development or architecture.
  • 3 years managing a Salesforce team or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing integrations.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

  • Background in consulting solution architecture or business systems leadership.
  • Experience with Eloqua LeanData and other GTM tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira (ticketing) and Confluence (documentation).
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator Advanced Administrator Platform App Builder or Architect-level certifications).
