The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatres guests and employees in concessions merchandise and other areas of guest services.

Responsibilities Include:

Consistently practice Outstanding customer service with both external and internal guests.
Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned including but not limited to Concessions Retail Almond Stations Theater Carts and Usher/Greeting.
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards including all stocking responsibilities.
Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems including completing transactions quickly and accurately.

Requirements Include:

Outgoing Approachable Personable Flexible Adaptable and Even-Tempered.
Willingness to work flexible hours: Friday evenings and Saturdays required.
Excellent Communication Skills high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Strong team player with ability to make a great positive long lasting first impression.
