As a Solutions Engineer (Intermediate) you will serve as the technical lead for pre-sales and post-sales engagements leveraging engineering principles to design prototype and deliver complex software and cloud-based solutions. This role requires deep domain expertise in a related field and demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectures. This is a fully remote role and you will report to the Solutions Design and Delivery Consultant.
Youll have opportunity to:
- Document and analyze client requirements and provide input into end-to-end solutions encompassing cloud infrastructure microservices data integration and security.
- Lead requirements sessions and develop prototypes proof-of-concepts and technical specifications.
- Apply concepts in distributed systems network protocols and data analytics to optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
- Oversee solution implementation plans coordinate cross-functional teams (developers QA DevOps) and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct technical presentations demonstrations and workshops for executives and technical stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing technical support and guidance during deployment integration and troubleshooting phases.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Requirements a U.S. bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Information Systems or a closely related field from an accredited U.S. institution or foreign equivalent.
- At least five years of full-time professional experience in solutions engineering systems architecture or a closely related discipline.
- The applicant will possess knowledge of the following areas though direct experience or the ability to perform these tasks is not required:
- Principles and best practices in designing and deploying cloud architectures
- Concepts related to developing microservices and API-driven integrations
- Foundational understanding of advanced data analytics machine learning frameworks and big-data platforms.
- The ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills Familiarity with concepts related to distributed systems reliable system design and improving system performance.
- Working knowledge of security practices including identity and access management and awareness of compliance standards (e.g. FCRA FACTA).
- Advanced problem-solving abilities critical thinking and the capacity to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Proven track record of leading technical engagements and driving customer success through innovative engineering solutions.
