We are looking for a learning consultant to join the Talent & Expertise Group (TEG) within Global IT. This role is part of the implementation & change management community of practice.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a global learning consultant you will be a key player in delivering a successful learning journey for end-users of our new front-office solution. This role requires you to translate complex technical information into understandable business knowledge for consultants necessitating significant rewriting and testing within various environments.
Your typical day and responsibilities will include:
Translating technical information from Product Owners (POs) and Business Analysts (BAs) into clear unified learning materials for the end-user.
Identifying the end-user impact for each release by creating a quarterly learning overview in collaboration with global IT stakeholders. The team works quarterly on new releases updating e-learning materials and collaborating across different programs like R-One M-One C-One W-One and A-One.
Initiating and creating new learning materials and methods that enhance the end-user experience and continuously improving content based on feedback.
Guiding the local market teams and assisting with the localization of learning content.
Ensuring the learning platform (Randstad University) and other learning tools are set up correctly and the transfer of generated knowledge and skills are optimal.
Proactively establishing and maintaining a quality standard at global and local levels.
Facilitating access to the training environment and ensuring accurate refreshed data and up-to-date training exercises.
Actively participating in data-driven learning interventions by monitoring and evaluating the local market to facilitate iterative improvement.
Managing dependencies and chasing information which requires strong research and organizational skills.
What Were Looking For
To excel in this position you must be flexible and able to reprioritize due to the evolving nature of projects. You must also be capable of swiftly switching between technical details and end-user impact.
Key Skills and Experience:
Strong communication organizational and research skills.
Ability to deal with complexity by understanding technical explanations and business needs and translating them into relevant content for end-users.
Internal Randstad knowledge is highly valued as it provides unique insight into operational processes that external candidates might lack.
Fluent in English in word and writing.
Preferable 5-10 years of experience in a digital multinational setting in the staffing industry ideally in an operational role.
Experienced in transferring knowledge in a methodological manner.
