Department Overview & Mission
The Client Solutions department is at the forefront of Fenergos growth strategy. The team works closely with prospective clients to showcase the products capabilities and align solutions to client needs. By leveraging deep industry and product knowledge the team helps clients achieve both tactical and strategic goals demonstrating the quantifiable value Fenergo can deliver.
The department prides itself on a consultative client-focused approach: building strong relationships collaborating with customers and driving industry-leading change. Its mission is clear: to deliver the ACV target by being the best at our craft we exist to win in all arenas.
Purpose of the Role
Deliver impactful pre-sales support for Fenergos sales opportunities acting as a trusted partner to prospects and the sales team.
Independently run demos workshops and solution scoping exercises.
