Fleet Sales Manager Fleet Vehicle Leasing
Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm (No weekends!)
Salary: 45000 basic Company Car OTE
About the Role
Talented People Recruitment are working in partnership with our client to recruit a motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager youll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet sales division ensuring targets are achieved while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a field-based role involving regular travel to meet customers suppliers and industry contacts supported by a company car.
The successful candidate will combine strong team leadership with hands-on sales expertise driving growth in one of the UKs fastest-growing Fleet Vehicle Leasing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop the fleet sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Recruit onboard and train new team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers attending key meetings across the UK.
- Oversee the full sales process ensuring compliance efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse performance data competitor activity and market trends to drive improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts results and team performance.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven background in fleet or automotive sales management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and FCA compliance (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
