Are you ready to bring compassion reliability and dedication to a rewarding role Trinity at Home is looking for a caring and committed In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Hickory area team and help enrich the lives of individuals in their own homes.
Position Details
- Position: In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant
- Pay: Up to $16 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. with every other weekend required
- Location: Client homes throughout our hickory service area
What Youll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor client health status
- Maintain clear records and communicate any health changes to families or healthcare professionals
- Support safe mobility including walking transfers and the use of mobility aids
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe clean environment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in geriatric care or other healthcare settings preferred
- Strong understanding of patient care and the ability to adapt to individual needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine compassion and a commitment to quality care
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
- Flexibility to respond to changing needs in a home environment
