Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Adobe Target the role of Technology Lead you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients business needs. Location for this position is Irvine CA.This position may require travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in Adobe Target
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working with Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of user segmentation personalization and testing frameworks.
- Experience integrating Adobe Target with CMS and frontend frameworks (React Angular etc.).
- Knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS and tag management systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret user behavior experiment results and conversion metrics.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working in agile environments.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of machine learning-based personalization techniques.
- Exposure to customer journey mapping and experience optimization.
- Design and implement personalization strategies using Adobe Target.
- Conduct A/B testing multivariate testing and AI-driven experiments to optimize user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing product and development teams to align testing strategies with business goals.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and other data tools to derive insights and improve targeting strategies.
- Maintain and optimize audience segmentation recommendations and dynamic content delivery.
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking implementation for seamless reporting and optimization.
- Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud advancements and incorporate best practices.
