• Deliver pre-designed science-backed workouts to groups of up to 24 clients
• Energize and motivate clients throughout each training session
• Create an engaging and positive environment to boost attendance and retain members
• Ensure client safety with a focus on heart rate-based training and correct exercise technique
• Modify exercises to fit various fitness levels ensuring a tailored experience for each client

• Passion for Fitness: You love motivating others and thrive in a team environment
• Knowledgeable: Intermediate understanding of physiology exercise techniques and body mechanics
• Certified: Must hold a current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company (e.g. NASM NCSF NSCA ISSA ACE ACSM )
• Educated: A Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus but not required
• Experienced: 1 years of experience teaching group fitness or personal training in the industry
• Certified in CPR/AED: Safety is key and we require up-to-date certifications

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
