Job Description
We are seeking two medical assistants for a pedicatric offices in St. Louis. Applicants will be expected to:
- Room patients
- Measure vital signs
- Review and document medical histories in the EHR system
- Administer tests and injections
- Provide patient and family education and instruction
- Assist physicians
Medical Assistant candidates MUST have:
- A current certification or registration through the AAMA or the AMT
- One year of recent experience working in a physician office or outpatient clinic setting
- EHR Experience (preferred)
Hours are Monday through Friday and 1-2 Saturdays per month.
This is a temporary medical assistant position that could become permanent for the right candidate. Salary is $16-18/hour.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19.
