Role Summary:
The Recruitment Trainee will assist recruitment team in sourcing screening and onboarding potential candidates. This role provides hands-on experience in 360 degree recruitment helping to attract top talent and support the companys hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in head-hunting and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the HR team on employer brandinginitiatives including job fairs and social media content.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (last semester or completed) in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated eager to learn and a team player.
