Job Summary
Full-time Medical Assistant need for a busy medical office in the Saint Charles area.
- Assist providers
- Room patient
- Record patients medical history using EMR (Epic NextGen Athena Cerner)
- Preform testing as ordered by physician
- Answer phone
- Take messages and send to attending physician
- Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage
- Collect copays and update patient demographics
- Keep office and visiting areas clean and stocked
Previous medical assisting experience needed to be considered.
