Job Description
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Minerva OH (On-site)
Assignment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
Available Shifts & Pay Rates
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM $16.24/hr
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM $16.69/hr
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM $16.64/hr
(40 hours/week overtime available)
Position Overview
We are seeking Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing facility in Minerva OH. Machine Operators play a vital role in the production processoperating machines ensuring product quality and maintaining a safe efficient work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work enjoy teamwork and want to contribute to producing high-quality components
Responsibilities
Run first-piece checks and confirm specifications before production.
Operate machines and monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
Use gauges and measurement tools to verify tolerances.
Perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed.
Pack finished products and complete all required documentation.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance (oil fluids cleaning tool changes).
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
02 years of machine operating or manufacturing experience (training available).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and regularly perform physical activities (pushing pulling twisting reaching standing walking gripping bending).
Basic math skills including working with decimals.
Ability to read specifications drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with metric system measurements.
Must pass drug screen and background check.
PPE & Safety Requirements
No jewelry shorts sleeveless shirts hoodies or clothing with long strings.
Must wear full-length pants and steel/composite toe safety shoes.
Safety glasses and hearing protection provided.
Good attendance required; call-offs must be made 30 minutes prior to shift.
