Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)-IRF
Full Time Day 6:45am-7:15pm

How youll contribute - The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse delivering treatments assisting in assessments and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patients needs
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
- Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
- Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.

What we are looking for a licensed LVN passionate about patient care
Graduate of accredited licensed practical/vocational program.
Current state licensure as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
IV Certified required or obtained within 6 months highly preferred.
Minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
