Job Summary
Business Analyst (Onboarding)
Location: Istanbul
Work Type: Remote

Responsibilities:
- Prepare channel-based analyses and reports to measure customer acquisition performance
- Monitor campaign and channel-based metrics
- Design implement and analyze A/B tests providing actionable recommendations
- Develop new customer segments and improve targeting strategies
- Analyze existing campaigns to generate insights that increase efficiency
- Analyze large data sets using SQL Excel or other data analysis tools
- Visualize performance data through dashboards and share with teams
- Continuously measure the success of customer acquisition strategies and offer improvement suggestions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Software Engineering Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Experience in remote customer acquisition processes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry
- At least 3 years of experience in customer acquisition processes within the banking sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Good command of English
