We are partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who is seeking a Stylist Team Leader to join their gaming studios in Bucharest. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with leadership experience and a strong background in styling and resource management.
Key Responsibilities

Lead guide and support team members in their day-to-day activities.

Oversee scheduling attendance and leave planning to ensure smooth operations.

Manage performance provide feedback and address disciplinary matters in line with company policies.

Drive onboarding training and continuous development of team members.

Foster a motivated collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Monitor and manage stock levels ensuring efficient usage and timely replenishment.

Track inventory patterns to minimize waste and streamline processes.
-
Ensure compliance with company standards procedures and operational policies.
-
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
-
Maintain accurate operational and compliance documentation.
-
Coordinate internal workshops events and initiatives.
-
Collaborate with other teams to deliver consistent and high-quality results.
-
Prepare and present performance stock and operational reports.

Stay updated on industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance operations.
Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Proven team leadership and people management experience.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and resource management.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant professional or technical certification (preferred).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to enforce policies while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Availability to work Monday-Friday schedule.
