Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated Female Warden to manage our hostel and drive new business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to market the hostel effectively to ensure high occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the hostel ensuring it remains clean secure and welcoming.

Provide support and assistance to residents addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain high occupancy rates.

Conduct tours for potential residents showcasing the hostels amenities and benefits.

Handle administrative duties including maintaining records of occupancy payments and resident information.

Organize events and activities for residents.

Ensure compliance with all health safety and security protocols.

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the hostel.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Management Marketing or a related field preferred.

5 to 8 years of experience in hostel management hospitality or a related field.

Strong marketing and sales skills with a proven track record of successfully attracting clients.

Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

A warm approachable demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility.

Proficiency in using computer software for management and marketing purposes.
