POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an IT Leader to craft and execute a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with our business goals and manage the operations of the IT Department. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technology a passion for driving efficiency and innovation and a knack for team leadership and development. The position ideally requires a person with a proven track record of successful IT management in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead IT Vision:

• Develop a strategic IT roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and implement advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency productivity and user experience.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities and risks.

• Automate workflows and integrate systems to streamline operations.
• Evaluate and implement SAP B1 Add-Ons to enhance user experience and functionalities.

• Oversee the maintenance of VMware Exchange Data Domain and user hardware nationwide.
• Implement robust security and disaster recovery protocols.

• Cultivate a culture of data security awareness within the company.

• Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard company data.

• Develop and conduct training programs for SAP B1 HubSpot and other platforms to maximize ROI and user adoption.

• Provide continuous support to users for effective technology utilization.

• Manage Document Management Systems for efficient document handling.
• Customize Power BI dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Evaluate and recommend investments in technology to improve business operations and complete them within the given timeline and budget.

Vendor Management

• Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.

• Motivate & Empower Team:

• Mentor and lead the IT team fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Encourage continuous learning and development.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE / REQUIRED SKILLS

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience of manufacturing and or retail industry (at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.)
• Proven success in leading IT strategies that deliver business results.
• Expertise in SAP B1 HubSpot WMS HCM Artificial Intelligence and data analytics.
• Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and empowerment.
• Proficient in project management practices.
• A passion for staying current with technology trends and innovations.
