Job Summary

OVERALL PURPOSE:

In charge of scheduling of deliveries to customers; ensures all deliveries are on time and complete based on set customer service standards in a most cost-efficient load.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and schedule timely delivery to customer
Achieve zero delivery pending / returns
Follow strictly all parameters set for delivering goods e.g. truck size availability location sketch for new customer customers/trip route etc.; balances truck load capacity and customer service
Respond to minor customers complaints within the day refers major issues to the manager
Submit to Accounting Department delivery invoices and other documents
Send all delivery related reports to respective departments
Print and sort delivery invoices by customer and by area accurately
Arrange warehouse copy of the invoice according to picker assignment
Arrange all invoices for delivery according to delivery schedule
Forward all next day delivery invoices to warehouse for picking

QUALIFICATIONS:

College graduate of any degree
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to work during Saturdays.
