Role Responsibilities:

Employment Tribunal litigation (Claimants and Respondents)
Settlement Agreement advice and negotiation
Disciplinary and grievance procedure management
TUPE matters handling
Employment contract drafting
Civil litigation and business disputes support

Key Requirements:

Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Minimum 5 years PQE
- Demonstrable employment law expertise
- Civil litigation experience preferred
Skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Strong client care approach
- Commercial awareness
- Proactive business development mindset
