Generalidades del puesto

Ser un partner estratégico para el negocio en temas relacionados a los derechos y las obligaciones legales. Punto principal de contacto para la revisión de contratos y la aplicación de leyes locales políticas globales de Otis y la dirección de temas de ética y cumplimiento para los países de la Zona Sur (Chile Argentina y Uruguay).

Ubicación: Santiago Chile

En un día normal tendrás que:

  • Asesorar al negocio en licitaciones públicas acuerdos comerciales contratos o asuntos técnicos que necesitan soluciones legales.

  • Recomendar acciones a tomar en todos los casos que requieran asesoría legal.

  • Examinar información diferentes casos y dar sugerencias de defensa o procesos de acción legal.

  • Apoyar y comunicar el código de ética y cumplimiento de la compañía.

  • Realizar investigaciones y asesoria en consultas y casos de ética y cumplimiento.

Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

  • Experiencia de 5 años en Derecho de Empresa/Organizacional.

  • Conocimientos en aspectos legislativos de contratos adquisición de compañías litigios contratos con entidades públicas y privacidad de datos.

  • Experiencia de 3 años en empresas multinacionales.

  • Conocimientos de la legislación Chilena Uruguaya y Argentina.

  • Conocimientos de políticas de ética y cumplimiento.

  • Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado (B2/C1)
