As an Temporary Operations advisor (parttime) you are responsible for overseeing the sale of end of lease cars to the drivers of these cars or to people within their direct network. A more concrete overview of your tasks includes:

• Administrative management of sales files from A to Z: (document control VAT control creation of new customers preparation of quotes etc.).

• Processing customer requests/comments via email and other tools (ALD CAR SF).

• Commercial follow-up of ongoing files by contacting the customer by phone and/or email.

• Payment control (bank statements) and invoicing.

Who are we looking for

• You have a secondary education in a relevant field or can convince us with your experience gained so far.

• You can easily commute to and from Asse as this is where you will be employed.

• You are proactive organized and manage your priorities well.

• You are customer-oriented patient and stress-resistant.

• You enjoy working very accurately and you are detail oriented.

• You love (financial) administration and communicate fluently by email or phone.

• You have a very good command of Dutch French and English both spoken and written.
