Job Summary

Position: Fundraiser (Private Equity)
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Salary: $6500-$7000 commission on all land & real estate sales

Role Overview

Were seeking a capital raiser to fuel growth across a major mixed-use real estate project in Cambodia. Youll connect with a global network of institutional investors family offices and HNWIs across the ASEAN region driving them from first contact to final commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Execution: Build and deliver strategies to exceed capital-raising targets.
Investor Pipeline: Source qualify and manage relationships with LPs including institutions pensions endowments family offices and UHNWIs.
Relationship Management: Act as the trusted point of contact cultivating long-term investor partnerships.
Marketing & Pitching: Develop top-tier investment materials (pitch decks PPMs DDQs models) and deliver persuasive presentations.
Due Diligence & Closing: Lead the process resolve investor queries and work with legal/finance teams to secure commitments.

Requirements

5-7 years in capital raising investor relations or business development.
Investment Banking (ECM/DCM/coverage) background strongly preferred.
Proven fundraising track record in private equity real estate or alternative investments.
Active investor network across institutions family offices and HNWIs.
