This role requires exceptional writing analytical and advisory skills to influence workforce strategy and support senior leadership in shaping HR decisions. Key Responsibilities Policy Development & Review - Draft review and update HR policy documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational goals.
- Certify that HR policy and program issuances are fully integrated with staff actions and support mission priorities.
Advisory & Strategic Support - Advise senior leadership on HR policy issues impacting the workforce.
- Provide strategic recommendations that anticipate trends and guide workforce planning.
Integration & Mission Alignment - Collaborate with HR legal and operational teams to harmonize policies with organizational initiatives.
- Monitor federal HR legislation and policy changes delivering timely updates and recommendations.

Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Public Administration or related field.

- Exceptional writing research and communication skills.
Preferred - Experience supporting ODNI IC or DoD HR operations.
- Familiarity with OPM policies and classification standards.
